Flexible Plans
Designed for ultimate convenience, this package allows clients to access daily, weekly or monthly care services for childcare, housekeeping, pet sitting, house sitting, elderly care and cooking services.
Ultimate Convenience
The TempCare Flexi plan offers unmatched flexibility and convenience, providing daily or weekly care services for the following: day nannies / child minding; night nannies; stand-in housekeeping; senior caregivers; pet sitters; house sitters; or temp cooking services.
The TempCare Premium plan offers monthly subscription packages for the following care services: day nannies / child minding; night nannies; stand-in housekeeping; senior caregivers; pet sitters; house sitters; or temp cooking services. As a subscriber, you receive priority booking, ensuring that your requests are handled first. Services must be booked 7 days in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Subscribers under the TempCare Premium package can cancel anytime with 30 calendar days' notice.
Bookings
Bookings for TempCare Flexi need to be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and the perfect match for your needs within 10 days.
Bookings for TempCare Premium entitles you to 24 bookings per month of 3 hrs per day, which bookings need to be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and the perfect match for your needs within 10 days.
We Handle The Details
Once you've selected the care service you need, and paid your fee upfront for your chosen duration, Borcelle matches you with your caregiver and manages the payments to candidates.
Loyalty Discount
Want to hire your caregiver permanently? Borcelle will give you a 10% discount on our standard recruitment fee for that service.
