Our Approach - Permanent Placements
Step 1 - Application Submission: Candidates submit their application form and supporting documents to Borcelle. No registration fee required.
Step 2 - Initial Screening: Candidates undergo comprehensive screening, including criminal checks, ID verification, social media reviews, psychometric testing and an interview to ensure eligibility.
Step 3 - Candidate Selection: Candidates who are approved to be on Borcelle's database are carefully selected based on the family's requirements.
Step 4 - Interview Process: The potential candidates are invited for interviews with the family to ensure alignment with their needs.
Step 5 - Placement Finalization: Successful candidates and families receive a detailed handover package, including employment contracts, UIF registration guidelines, and orientation materials.
Step 6 - Probation Period: Borcelle provides continued support to clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and alignment with expectations. A 2 month probation period is included, allowing one free substitution to the client, if the placement does not succeed.
